Wrong item has been delivered

To initiate a return:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for verification

The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
